  • Urinary incontinence is one of the most common pelvic floor complaints.
  • Stress incontinence is leaking drops to larger amounts with coughing, sneezing, laughing or physical activities.
  • Urge incontinence is associated with urinating frequently day and/or night, with a strong urge and leaking on the way to the bathroom because you cannot reach it on time.
  • Urinary incontinence can be treated with Kegel’s exercises, a pessary, medications, avoidance of bladder irritants and surgery.
